About the Website
My Name is Joseph Jewell but I go by Joe. This website is an active portfolio used to host some of my projects and accomplishments. I'm hoping to use it as a living look into my journey through college and to showcase my skills as I develop them!
About Me
I am currently in year 2 of my 4-year degree in Computer Information Systems. This degree is pretty broad but provides a good foundation for many career paths. I hope to gain valuable experience in the PC technician field, and I also want to further my knowledge in programming languages and build out a well-rounded skill set. Before I started college, I worked skill trades. I was a welder at several production plants for a total of around 5 years. I was a maintenance technician at a steel mill for a year. I have been doing home remodeling for the past 5 years and am currently still doing it.
On a more personal level, I am married and have three children; a daughter and two sons. We have a modest house in the city of Wayne and enjoy getting out and sightseeing, and the kids and I enjoy hiking.
